Care Learning is designed to support HIPAA-compliant training workflows. We do not store protected health information (PHI) as part of our core platform.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and role-based access controls to protect your data.
5. Data Retention
Training records and certificates are retained for the duration of your subscription and for a 90-day grace period after cancellation, after which they are permanently deleted.
6. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services for infrastructure and analytics. We do not sell your data to any third parties.
