1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Care Learning, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Care Learning is licensed for use by home care agencies and healthcare organizations for employee training and compliance management. You may not resell or sublicense access.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@carelearning.com.
4. Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, software, and platform materials are owned by Care Learning or its licensors. Your organization retains ownership of data you upload.
6. Limitation of Liability
Care Learning provides the platform "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
